Most insurance plans require preauthorization for radiation therapy.

Most of these insurance plan contracts state that it is the patient's responsibility to know whether you need preauthorization or not. If you need preauthorization to see us, it is important that you or your referring doctor get that authorization before coming in for your first visit. We are participating with most insurance plans in the area, including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and John Deere Plans.
